Can a I pay with a debit card?

Customers may pay with any major debit or credit card for any online purchases.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Online orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Item arrival depends on shipment method chosen. Magazines typically take 10 – 12 weeks to arrive. Quarterly publications can take longer.

For handwritten orders: Products typically arrive in 2 – 3 weeks. Magazines take the same time as described above.

How much does a music group make from my purchase?

A music group receives 40% of total sales.

How do students get the credit from my online purchase?

Our website requires at store checkout that a student ID# or fundraiser name is entered into our system in order for a purchase to be made. This happens the following ways:

• Customers manually enter a student ID# when prompted at checkout
• Customers select from a list of active fundraisers in a drop-down menu that’s also provided when prompted at checkout (This option ensures a school credit but not an particular student. For this reason we highly encourage that students always include their ID# in any request for support so they can make sure and get the credit they deserve!)
• A customer is brought to our website by clicking a student’s sales URL, which automatically inputs the student’s ID# into our website. Customers can shop after clicking a URL link and will not be prompted to enter an ID# or fundraiser at checkout; the sale is automatically routed to the student’s account.

How will a student know I made an online purchase to give my support?

After making a purchase, your name will be displayed in the student’s account next to the sale record.

Will the information I provide be sold to anyone else?

A privacy policy is included on this web site that covers this very important topic. We only use the information you provide to process your order and to update you on future fundraising efforts by the school.

Can I send a donation instead of making a purchase?

You should contact the school if you would like to send a donation.
